Painted on fine pure Merino wool this stunning jacket created with a resist dyeing technique known as Arashi makes a statement when worn, trimmed with two tassles in the front, it is comfortable, light and warm dress it up or down whatever the occasion. Fully washable a truly different and original addition to the wardrobe.

Scarf on Pure Australian Merino Wool Voile the method used is Arashi which is a resist method of applying the dyes. The same dyes are used as I paint the silk with, the wool is twisted around a cylinder and the dyes applied. I love doing this method as the results are always a surprise for me, colour and patterns are vibrant or soft depending on how they are applied. This scarf is wounderful and soft to wear and because the lanoline is removed there is not the reaction that some people have with wool.
